Neighborhood Block Club Meetings - A number of concerned citizens in our neighborhood have expressed interest in forming a neighborhood "Block Club". Meetings are open and free to all residents within the Cody/Rouge Community. July Meetings will be held on Wednesdays July 1st, 15th and 22nd at the Detroit Edison Branch Library located at 18400 Joy Rd near Penrod between Southfield & Evergreen Streets. A neighborhood becomes, stronger, safer and cleaner when neighbors watch out for one another.
